A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mukhtar Yero, has said the party may lose the forthcoming 2023 general elections if stakeholders in the PDP fail to unite.

Yero, a former Governor of Kaduna State stated this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Kaduna.

He urged the PDP stakeholders to unite ahead of the 2023 general elections to enable the success of the party.

According to him: “It is important for the PDP family to come together to rescue the country.
